Relations & Community Director
Duties entail obtaining and managing radio account sales,
creating professional relationships, coordinating community
relations, and marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a successful history
of marketing and sales experience especially in the field
of radio or television. Must be professional in voice and
appearance as well as have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work independently,
be a self-motivator, and have reliable transportation.
Compensation is commission-based (20%), academic
credit, or work-study.
Must be ethical, have empathy for others, able
to maintain client confidentiality, and able work with a wide
variety of clientele.

Internships
Through Harding Consulting's Jr. Internships, high school
students are given the opportunity to develop professional
skills in the fields of Business Administration, Medical/Nursing,
or Psychology.
Jr. Interns gain exposure to "real-life" exposure
that can be added to their college applications and resumes.
Even more importantly, each intern is provided with meaningful
experiences and the professional supervision necessary to
help them clarify their future career goals.
