Mission
Harding Consulting’s non-profit mission is to provide low-income persons with the same high quality business consulting and mental health services that higher-income persons have access to and benefit from.

Harding Consulting’s current non-profit initiatives include providing no-cost, high quality mental health counseling to low-income high school students in Baltimore, Maryland. Through this initiative, many low-income students are provided a higher quality of mental health service that is typically not available to them.

F.R.A.T. brothers™ and Gamma G.I.R.L.S.™ is the second initiative. By founding this national high school fraternity and sorority, Harding Consulting helps low-income youth increase their academic achievement and personal development levels and, thereby, increase their likelihood of obtaining higher levels of overall lifetime success and fulfillment.

In 2006, Harding Consulting received recognition from the Mayor of Baltimore for its dedication to increasing the academic achievement levels of Baltimore City youth.

Fortitude is the third initiative. Harding Consulting offers all Mental Health & Wellness services at a reduced rate for non-profit businesses and organizations, college students, and other low-income individuals and families.
